BASKING RIDGE, N.J. — Affinity Federal Credit Union's Mountain View Branch took its Super Bowl celebration to the next level by hosting a "Souper" Bowl event in support of the Somerset County Food Bank.
The Mountain View Branch set up two soup pots, one for each Super Bowl contender, and invited visitors to cast a vote for their favorite team by donating a can of soup. Each person who donated was then entered into a drawing for a $25.00 Gift Check. The donations of soup went to the Somerset County Food Bank to assist its efforts to feed those who are less fortunate.
