MIDDLETOWN, Pa. — There has been a few senior staff moves at Mid-Atlantic Corporate Federal Credit Union.
Jay R. Murray, who will assume the role of president/CEO in August of 2008, has been appointed as president/chief operating officer, while Edward Fox retains the title of CEO until his retirement on July 31, 2008.
At the senior management level, all current vice presidents were promoted to senior vice presidents.

Most areas of responsibility have remained the same with the exception of three changes that are considered key elements to the future growth and success of the corporate.
Payment Services Vice President Jeff Stoner transitioned into a new role as senior vice president product strategy, and Compliance and Risk Vice President Drew Kishbaugh has assumed the duties as senior vice president payment services. Senior Vice President of Administration Lori A. Gall will assume the duties of the compliance and risk department in addition to her current administration role.
The remaining senior management team member promotions include Senior Vice President/COO James E. Burns; Senior Vice President of Information Systems Bob T. Frank; Senior Vice President of Human Resources Janice A. Goodling; Senior Vice President of Member Services Rodney A. May; Senior Vice President of Marketing Leigh Philibosian; and Senior Vice President/Chief Investment Officer Brad C. Stewart.
Other changes to the senior management team include the hiring of Bruce Six, senior vice president of asset and liability management, who will lead the newly created ALM department.
In addition, Susan E. Souders has been promoted to assistant vice president of administration. Souders will provide professional support on key corporate strategies, initiatives, and projects, as well as serving as the liaison to the board of directors.
