ST. PAUL, Minn. — The Minnesota Credit Union Network welcomed 19 participants to its 2008 Vendor Involvement Program on Jan. 1.
The V.I.P., created in 2005, provides committed service organizations with an opportunity to work with MnCUN and increase visibility among Minnesota credit unions.
Designed to optimize business relationships with Minnesota credit unions, this program combines advertising, Annual Meeting packages, and the opportunity to participate in new MnCUN initiatives.

Of the 19 total organizations, five are new and 14 have renewed participation for 2008. New vendors are Credit Union Direct Lending, Emergent Networks, HR Value Group, LarsonAllen LLP and SPEDCO.
Repeating participants include: CUNA Mutual Group, Members United Corporate Federal Credit Union, Bruns Systems, CO-OP Financial Services, CU Companies, First Class Mortgage, Gurstel, Staloch & Chargo P.A., HTG Architects, LockNET, Inc., Minnesota Item Processing Corporation, MnCUSC (Shared Branching), Par3/I.T., Star West Chevrolet-Honda Sports Inc., and WIPFL.
Participants in MnCUN's Vendor Involvement Program must offer professional service, quality product lines and competitive pricing. These companies must appreciate the qualities that make credit unions unique and understand the importance of providing the best service possible to Minnesota's credit union members.
