BROOKFIELD, Wis. — Fiserv Inc. has completed the sale ofsubstantially all of its health-related businesses toUnitedHealthcare, a $775 million cash transaction announced inNovember.

The sale includes Fiserv Health, a leading administrator ofmedical benefits, Avidyn Health, a care facilitation business, theFiserv Health Specialty Solutions businesses and Innoviant, apharmacy benefits management business.

The divestiture will allow Fiserv to focus on its financialservices businesses, the company says. It did retain its workers'compensation services organization and a health bankingoperation.

UnitedHealthcare is part of Minneapolis-based UnitedHealthGroup.
