DULUTH, Ga. — Charlotte Ayers, president/CEO of Georgia's Own Credit Union, has been appointed the newest member of Georgia Central Credit Union's board of directors.
Ayers will complete the unexpired term of Jan Austin, formerly of Lockheed Georgia Employees FCU, who retired from both her credit union and Georgia Central's board last May, according to the $1.65 billion corporate credit union.
"Charlotte is the ideal candidate because she is already quite knowledgeable about the corporate from both a strategic and tactical perspective," said Georgia Central's Board Chairperson Elizabeth Mercier and president/CEO of CDC FCU.
