RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. — CO-OP Financial Services has moved its fraud call center in-house.
The move is designed to help CO-OP Financial more effectively monitor transaction activity and resolve cases faster.
The new CO-OP Fraud Service Center has a team of more than 20 analysts under one area to research and service only CO-OP client cases.

The center focuses specifically on CO-OP credit unions that use FalconT Fraud Manager, a neural network technology that examines signature and PIN debit transactions. Fraud Center analysts are specially trained to continuously monitor member payment data, identify potential trends and take corrective action to reduce fraud-related losses.
