SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — CUSA Technologies and CUNA Mutual havecollaborated on an upgrade of the core processor's LoanDesk loanorigination software.
LoanDesk 4.2 provides customized talking points for answeringmember questions, calculations compliant with state and federalregulations for CUNA Mutual policyholders and a comparison of allinsurance options, according to CUSA Technologies, a business unitof Fiserv that provides core processing and other services to morethan 800 credit unions.
The upgrade presents loan-related protection products such ascredit life/disability and debt cancellation, and uses FiservLending Solutions, a workflow that incorporates credit decisioning,debt analysis and debt consolidation.
