SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — CUSA Technologies and CUNA Mutual have collaborated on an upgrade of the core processor's LoanDesk loan origination software.
LoanDesk 4.2 provides customized talking points for answering member questions, calculations compliant with state and federal regulations for CUNA Mutual policyholders and a comparison of all insurance options, according to CUSA Technologies, a business unit of Fiserv that provides core processing and other services to more than 800 credit unions.
The upgrade presents loan-related protection products such as credit life/disability and debt cancellation, and uses Fiserv Lending Solutions, a workflow that incorporates credit decisioning, debt analysis and debt consolidation.
