COVENTRY, R.I. — Richard Gingell has been appointed the permanent CEO of Coventry Credit Union, an interim position he has served in for several months.
Gingell succeeds Richard Pennington, who recently resigned after 34 years of service, according to the credit union. Gingell joined Coventry CU in July 2002 as manager of its mortgage division and has more than 40 years experience in the banking and mortgage industries.
The $202 million Coventry CU serves more than 30,000 members.
