ORLANDO, Fla. — CFE Federal Credit Union is solidifying its reputation as a family friendly employer.

The credit union has been named one of the Top 25 Employers in the Orlando Sentinel Top 100 Companies for Working Families for 2007 in Central Florida.

The Orlando Sentinel publishes the list annually to recognize organizations in Central Florida that provide a family-friendly work environment and benefits.

To be considered for the honor organizations submit detailed information on their core employee benefits, family-related benefits, work environment, employee communication and training and education offerings.

According to CFE Vice President of Human Resources Robert J. Kindermann, the credit union places great emphasis on providing and tailoring benefits programs that are of genuine value and concern for employees as well as for their family members.

Benefits recognized range from 401(k) plan with a 5% annual contribution and comprehensive health and wellness programs, to generous paid time off, tuition assistance, loan discounts, and a variety of other valuable benefits for employees and their families.

CFE has been awarded a place in the Top 100 each year since 2004.
