SAN JOSE, Calif. — The 77,000 members of Technology Credit Union can now use their cell phones, Treos and Blackberries to bank online.
The $1.3 billion CU is using a mobile banking platform from fellow San Jose organization MShift to offer the service on nearly any carrier or Web-enabled device, the credit union and company say.
Functionality includes account information, internal transfers, bill pay and e-mail communication with the credit union through a channel secured by multi-factor authentication and data encryption.
