PITTSBURGH, Pa. — Clearview Federal Credit Union Financial Education and Community Outreach Advocate Mary Ann Demczak been re-elected to the executive committee of the National Youth Involvement Board.
Demczak will continue to serve as the North East Regional Coordinator, representing the 10 states that make up the North East region, including Pennsylvania. She will continue to support the NYIB's efforts in financial literacy for students nationwide through presentations and legislative efforts. Demczak was also appointed to serve an additional term as treasurer of the NYIB.
She is also a member of the advisory committee for the Financial Education Consortium of Southwestern Pennsylvania, which works in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland's Pittsburgh branch.
The National Youth Involvement Board was created in 1972 to obtain grassroots input from individuals working in credit unions/leagues to create a national system for the dissemination of information and resources regarding youth participation in the credit union movement.
