MANHATTAN BEACH, Calif. — Kinecta Federal Credit Union is nowusing bill pay and other online services from Online ResourcesCorp. atop its Episys core processing system.
The $3.9 billion CU migrated it in-house bill payment processingto Online Resource's PayAnyone solution in August. Kinecta also isusing e-statement, ACH processing and online account openingservices through Online Resources' participation in Symitar'sVendor Integration Program, the company says.
“Online Resources' solution enables us to maintain our userinterface, ensuring a seamless integration without members havingto learn a new bill pay system. It also snapped in quite easily,”says Shannon Doiron, Kinecta's director of e-commerce who led thedevelopment of the CU's proprietary online banking system.
