THE WOODLANDS, Texas — D. Hilton Associates is looking to give credit unions the competitive edge when it comes to attracting, retaining and motivating key executive talent with its annual Executive Compensation survey.

The survey has already been distributed to Human Resource professionals across the country and is also available to download at http://www.dhilton.com/compensation/surveys.aspx.

Participants will receive DHA's annual Executive Compensation Trends Report as it relates to formulating a competitive total compensation strategy. The report explores total rewards including base pay as well as incentives, benefits, and retirement programs.

The deadline for completed surveys is September 21, 2007 and published results will be available in October.
