DODGEVILLE, Wis. — Texoma Educators Federal Credit Union staffers will soon be sporting a new look.

Lands' End Business Outfitters has recently selected Texoma Educators FCU, Hershey Theatre and Melitta USA, Inc., as the winners of its apparel makeovers, and the recipients of a customized branded apparel program, valued at up to $20,000.

According to Lands' End Business Outfitters Vice President John Maher, selected from nearly 5,000 entries, the three winning companies shared a desire for an updated and unified look.

“Employees are a natural extension of a company's brand and implementing a simple yet cohesive branded apparel solution can quickly lead to increased employee satisfaction and productivity, enhanced brand visibility and improved customer loyalty,” said Maher.

For Texoma Educators, which recently launched a new brand campaign to celebrate its 50th Anniversary, the new employee wardrobe provides the finishing touch to its revamped image.

“As a financial institution, it is crucial that our members to see us as professional and trustworthy,” said Emily Limbacher, marketing director for TEFCU. “We are confident that Lands' End Business Outfitters will create a comfortable, quality solution that is aligned with our rebranding efforts, will excite and motivate employees, and will increase member loyalty.”

Soon TEFCU staffers will be easy to identify with Lands' End Pima Polos, Twinsets, Broadcloth Shirts and Fine Gauge Sweater Vests in colors that mirror TEFCU's brand colors and match the new branch interiors.

Company makeovers are expected to be completed by early fall.
