ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The Federal District Court for Eastern Virginia has set a date for the NCUA to reply to a legal complaint over its charter change regulations.
|According to the court, NCUA has until September 10 to defend its regulations overseeing the process by which credit unions change their charters to mutual banks against a legal complaint filed by the Coalition for Credit Union Charter Options.
|The banker led group filed a complaint against the agency on July 11.
