ORLANDO, Fla. — Insight Financial Credit Union has gone with one of the industry's giants for its new internal communications infrastructure.
The $436 million CU has deployed an enterprise-wide communications system from Siemens Communications Inc.
Insight Financial is using a Siemens HiPath 4000 Real-Time IP System and the company's HiPath ProCenter Enterprise solutions to provide telephony services that already have resulted in the credit union's lowest-ever abandon rates in its call center, as well as other improvements in member service metrics and disaster recovery capabilities, the CU says.

Siemens Communications is based in Boca Raton and has about 15,000 employees worldwide, and is a subsidiary of Siemens AG.
