WEST COVINA, Calif. — First Financial Credit Union is hoping to set a new service standard with its Pasadena branch.
Designed to help deepen relationships, the facility is the first built around a new member experience concept.
Every member entering First Financial CU's branches will be personally greeted and welcomed by a staffer and treated as a guest. From the vanilla macadamia nut coffee, freshly brewed throughout the day, to the fragrant orchids placed throughout the branch the facility adds to the warm and inviting ambiance. Several other member-inspired features and amenities include no plexiglass barriers at the teller stations, a tropical d?(C)cor waiting lounge with bamboo ceiling fans, and specially-selected soothing music to make members feel at home.
