LINDEN, N.J. — Integrated Media Management says it now has 20 credit unions using the company's TotaleAtlasWeb online digital signature and document solution.
Part of IMM's TotaleWorks suite of document output products, TotaleAtlasWeb allows credit unions and their members to save on courier services by using secured transmission of digitally signed documents.
New users include $755 million TruWest Credit Union in Scottsdale, Ariz., where Katie Keith, consumer lending assistant manager says, "TotaleAtlasWeb makes an enormous difference in the time it takes to sign documents and send them out."

For instance, members unable to physically come to the credit union no longer have to use faxed documents that have to be notarized.
TruWest also is now able to e-mail documents to members and transfer them automatically into the CU's imaging system.
"One of TruWest's challenges is that we're not located everywhere," Keith says. "TotaleAtlasWeb allows us to stay competitive by giving our members access to our products and services without requiring them to visit a branch."
Linden, N.J.-based IMM (www.immonline.com) now has products in place at more than 600 financial institutions and interfaces with 12 core processors, the company says.
