PORTSMOUTH, N.H. — Four more financial institutions havecommitted to the knowledge-management system from SilverCloudSoftware.

They are $893 million State Department FCU in Alexandria, Va.,$847 million HawaiiUSA FCU in Honolulu, $614 million Empower FCU inSyracuse, N.Y., and $488 million Putnam Savings Bank in Putnam,Conn., the company says.

SilverCloud (www.silvercloudsoftware.com), which was originallylaunched in cooperation with a group of about 20 credit unions, nowprovides knowledge-management software to more than 150 financialinstitutions, totaling more than $80 billion in assets and 8million end users.
