LINDEN, N.J. — Integrated Media Management (IMM) says it logged 59 new installations of its output management and document automation solutions at financial institutions across the country in the first quarter of 2007.

Five of those installations were the TotaleAtlasWeb suite, which includes the company's Web-based remote digital capture and secure document delivery service. There now are 226 financial institutions using that product, IMM says.

There also are 104 using the TotaleChecks and 204 using TotaleReceipts to eliminate paper processing. One large credit union, $1.8 billion Eastman CU in Kingsport, Tenn., plans to add TotaleChecks to its use of the TotaleAtlas and TotaleReceipts products later this year as part of a core process conversion, the credit union says.

"The need to scan and index documents produced through IMM's solutions to get them into our imaging system is eliminated. Instead, the IMM-generated documents are automatically transported to our imaging system," says Darrell Dinsmore, vice president of IT at ECU.

New Jersey-based IMM says it now has software installations at more than 600 financial institutions nationwide.
