BATON ROUGE, La. — Campus Federal Credit Union is now servicing its growing commercial lending portfolio with the Commercial Servicer software system from Dallas-based Financial Industry Computer Services (FICS).
The $333 million CU had begun commercial lending operations last year and decided it needed a software solution to consolidate and track data, generate reports and interface with its XP Systems core platform to allow frontline staff to help serve business members.
"We have found the software to be comprehensive and able to handle loan data, variable payment definitions, a wide array of loan structures, and all of the relevant collateral and security information, and have benefited from a solid level of training, service, support and product knowledge provided by the FICS staff," said Todd Zirkle, vice president of business services at Campus FCU./p>
