VALLEY FORGE, Pa. — Tonawanda Valley Federal Credit Union of Batavia, N.Y. has been signed by USERS Inc. and will convert in October to the DataSafe core processing system, the company says. The $47 million CU currently is a client of Open Solutions’ Liberty FiTECH operation, according to the NCUA Web site. The CU expects to cut its ACH processing time from two hours each morning to three to five minutes, improving member service, and also will be deploying the browser-based Teller Navigator and Lending Navigator solutions on the front end, according to USERS. The credit union also will be using the Fiserv unit’s cross-selling solution, teller station signature pads and paperless storage system.
