SPOKANE, Wash. — Enhanced Software Products Inc. (ESP) is now providing automated platform upgrades to its core processing customers.
More than a year of development has gone into the Auto Updater program, which resides in the background on each PC and server at client credit unions and allows ESP to make updates available to all its clients or an individual credit union, depending on the need, the company says.
The service eliminates the need for credit unions running the company's FORZA3 core processing solution to load CDs, download files from an FTP site or manipulate PCs and servers when product updates or releases are available, ESP says.

"Releases are a major event for any credit union, on any system. With the implementation of the Auto Updater, the releases should be one more event our credit unions can rely on ESP to handle," says Shaun Murray, executive director of Spokane-based ESP (www.espsolution.net).
ESP is a privately held provider of core processing and ancillary services with a client list of about 30 credit unions in the U.S. and in the Caribbean.
