WATERTOWN, Conn. — Technology Groups Federal Credit Union and Mutual Security Credit Union have announced that they have agreed to merge.
|The boards of the two credit unions announced their intent to merge April 25. The $27 million Technology Groups FCU is a multiple group credit union located in Watertown. Mutual Security Credit Union located in Wilton is a $170 million credit union serving the citizens of Fairfield and Litchfield counties.
|The merger is pending the approval of the Connecticut Banking Department and NCUA.
