GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Xtend Inc. will now offer its credit union clients bookkeeping, mortgage and credit card servicing and conversion services.
Formed in 2002, the CUSO recently entered the mortgage servicing arena, with its SRS business unit providing escrow analysis, escrows payable, agency reporting for five credit unions and a total portfolio of $25 million. The newest services aims to provide further back-office support, said Scott Collins, president of Xtend.
A multi-owned CUSO and business partner of CU*Answers, Xtend serves 28 credit unions in 10 states.
