ARLINGTON, Va. — NAFCU announced today that Defense Under Secretary for Personnel and Readiness David Chu will headline its Defense Credit Union Summit in conjunction with its 40th Annual Conference in Honolulu this summer.
Chu will discuss the Department of Defense's new proposed regulation capping interest rates on loans to servicemembers that was just published for comment April 11.
Additionally, Deputy Under Secretary for Military Community and Family Policy Leslye Arsht will address an educational breakout session July 19 during the Annual Conference.
