VIENNA, Va. — Navy Federal Credit Union hosted its 22nd Annual Branch Operations and Mortgage Leadership Conference at its Vienna, Va. headquarters for more than 100 branch and field mortgage leaders from around the globe.
The Leadership Conference provides training and education for new and experienced leaders in Navy Federal's Branch Operations and Field Mortgage business units. The ten day conference, themed "Service: The Foundation of Success," offered networking opportunities with other field leaders and their headquarters' counterparts, as well as break out sessions and team building activities.
"We look forward to this conference every year to showcase headquarters' functions for our visiting leaders and to discuss future operations, examine "service" challenges, and gather operational feedback in person," Executive Vice President for Branch Operations Lee Gound said.

In addition to learning about business operations at headquarters, many of the visiting leaders toured the Washington, D.C. area with stops at the World War II, Korean and Vietnam War Memorials; Air & Space Museum; and the Museums of Art and Natural History.
