SCHEREVILLE, Ind. — Advance Financial Federal Credit Union's young members are setting sail on a Pirate Adventure during National Credit Union Youth Week. The credit union has invited its members under the age of 18 to take part in the credit union industry's "National Youth Savin' Challenge" by "stashin'" their cash at Advance Financial FCU between April 23-28th. Ten young savers from credit unions nationwide will each win $100. Not to mention that one lucky Advance Financial FCU member will take home the DVD set of Pirates of the Caribbean I & II. "Advance Financial is committed t' startin' youth on t' path of settin' financial goals and savin' ta rrreach them," said Advance Financial President John Wohadlo, who is enthusiastic about the pirate themed promotion. "We'rre invitin' everyone to stop by t' credit union durin' National Youth Week and help us t' celebrate!" Young people who open a Kids' or Teen Club account, will get their first $5 deposited for free, as well as "booty fit for a pirate king or queen", including: an official starter kit containing a savings passbook, membership card, piggy bank, newsletter, Moe Dollar, and other free gifts.
