MERRIFIELD, Va. — Navy Federal Credit Union is now using dashboard software from iDashboards to share how the business is doing among the several thousand employees responsible for the performance of the world's largest credit union.

The software provides real-time views of key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to job functions and e-mail alerts when performance indicators are exceeded, according to Troy, Mich.-based iDashboards (www.idashboards.com).

Several areas within the $27 billion CU are live on the system, including lending and new account opening, and the credit union says it hopes to have 100 dashboards in production by the end of the year, with the ultimate goal of having at least one created for each of its more than 5,000 employees.
