LAS VEGAS — Nevada Federal Credit Union has named Greg Barnes senior vice president of marketing. “Greg’s creative and progressive approach to marketing brings a new energy to Nevada Federal,” said NFCU President Brad Beal. “We are pleased to make him part of our team.” Prior to joining NFCU, Barnes served as vice president of marketing at Unity One Federal Credit Union in Fort Worth, Texas. He has been heavily involved with–or has directly overseen–Web site revamping, extensive community relations campaigns, re-branding initiatives, e-commerce, Hispanic marketing, market research and competitive analysis. He brings over 13 years of marketing experience to the credit union and was recognized as the 2006 Marketer of the Year by the Texas Credit Union League.
