Using the credit union’s strategic plan, Strategic Radar is a dynamic model of possible environmental changes and demonstrates the response of that strategy to unexpected scenarios. It is designed to help progress the credit union’s view of strategy from static ideas to a continuous, evolving set of decisions. These decisions will position the credit union to profit from the opportunities presented by new, uncertain scenarios.
