To help make sure even the youngest members feel at home in thenew branch grand opening and ribbon cutting events included thecelebration of Kid's Day complete with fresh baked cookies,Truliant piggy bank giveaways and a visit from the kids club mascotTop Dog.

With a focus on offering cutting-edge technology for memberconvenience the new facilty features VideoLink, a live videoteleconference that allows members to quickly apply for andcomplete a loan at an interactive kiosk linked to a loan officer atTruliant's administrative facility in Winston-Salem. The branchalso features plasma screens with a live feed of news, weather andcable programming that run continuously in the resource center andbehind the teller lines. Truliant's specialty coffee bar provides awelcoming experience and allows members to enjoy a hot cup ofcoffee while reading the newspaper and other financial literaturein the resource center. A 24-hour, no-surcharge ATM is locatedon-site where members can access account information, makedeposits, withdrawals and transfers. There are also two convenientdrive-thru lanes for those on the go.
