ATLANTA — Postilion is now offering what the S1 subsidiary calls the next generation of fully integrated voice banking.
Features of the new system include in-depth reporting that tracks member or customer usage and administrative changes, a self-guided enrollment process that provides immediate access to all accounts, the ability to easily update rates and branch location information, and branded marketing messages, Postilion says.
The company (www.postilion.com) says its Postilion for Banks and Credit Unions solution is managed by service reps and administrators through a graphical interface and also features a portal that provides a consolidated view of the all the consumer's accounts, transactions and self-service channel activity.

Postilion currently provides telephone banking applications to more than 900 banks and credit unions in North America, the company says.
