NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. — Four seats are up for election on NACUSO's board this year.

The slots are two CUSO seats and two Platinum Partner, with each serving a three-year term. The nominating committee has started soliciting candidate applications and will end the process on Feb. 21. A list of qualified candidates will be available no later than March 21.

Voting will start on April 11 by mail and e-mail ballot and conclude April 25. NACUSO General Counsel Guy Messick will again serve as the teller of the election, according to NACUSO. Only those ballots properly executed and received by the teller on or before 5:00 p.m. PST on April 25 will be counted.

The results of the election will be announced at NACUSO's annual meeting on May 1.

NACUSO's board consists of four primary members who are CUSOs and Platinum Partners; three primary members who are CUSOs but not Platinum Partners; two primary members who are credit unions; and two persons who are independent and not associated with a primary member who bring special knowledge and value to the board, according to NACUSO.
