ATLANTA — Design/build consulting firm IBT Enterprises has announced the keynote lineup for the Annual IBT Trends Conference to be held April 15-17, 2007 in Atlanta at the Grand Hyatt.

The event, now in its 17th year, will provide executive attendees insights on how to successfully grow and execute their retail banking strategies and build for the future. This year's theme is Imagine, Build & Teach.

"This year's speakers will share their in-depth knowledge and insights on topics that are top of mind for retail banking executives, including reaching distinct target markets such as the Boomers and the underserved, selecting and developing the right talent for your organization and the latest innovations in retail branch design," said IBT CEO Mylle Mangum.

Featured speakers include: Doug Lipp, formerly head of training at Disney Studios' Walt Disney University and author of "The Changing Face of Today's Customer"; Matt Thornhill, president, the Boomer Project; and Dr. Luis Valdes, vice president, TalentQuest.

In addition, a pre-conference workshop on Sunday, April 15 will focus on new product and service offerings to reach the underbanked Latino communities. Kimberly Gartner, associate director for The Center for Financial Services Innovation, and Drew Edwards, CEO of Banuestra Financial Corporation, will facilitate the workshop.

The 2007 Trends Conference will also feature an evening at the Fernbank Museum for dinner and a private viewing of the IMAX film Wired to Win. The film follows two Tour de France riders and examines the ability of the human brain to overcome adversity, to accomplish the near-impossible and to power each individual to victory and success.
