EUCLID, Ohio — Members of Wickliffe Community Credit Union are now members of Eaton Family Credit Union thanks to a just-completed merger.
The $2.7 million Wickliffe Community CU served 877 members who now join the $30 million Eaton Family CU, which serves more than 10,000 members.
Evie Probert, president of Wickliffe Community's board, said, "The board felt very comfortable with Eaton Family Credit Union because they've shown a strong affinity towards working within the community."

A Wickliffe Community branch will remain open, according to Eaton Family CU. Both credit unions have strong ties to such groups as teachers, school administrators and city workers including local police and firefighters.
"We're very excited to offer credit union membership to Wickliffe residents and people working throughout the city," said Mike Losneck, president, Eaton Family CU. "Last year we added all of Lake County [here] to our field of membership."
