BROOKFIELD, Wis. — Fiserv has made some changes to its management ranks. It has added two group presidents and announced some other high-level executive moves, including one very close to credit unions. Tom Neil, who heads up the Fiserv Credit Union and Industry Products Group, is now group president for depository institution core processing. In this new role, Neil will still lead the credit union group, but is now taking on the bank and thrift division within Fiserv. Fiserv has seven credit union data processing subsidiaries. Other changes include the following: o Rahul Gupta has joined Fiserv as group president for payments and industry products. Gupta was most recently president of U.S. operations for eFunds; o Thomas Warsop has joined Fiserv as group president of financial institutions. Warsop hails from EDS. He had a 17-year career with EDS, most recently as vice president, U.S. financial services; o Mike Gantt has been named group president, health and insurance group. Gantt previously served as group president, bank systems; and

o Matthew Epstein has joined Fiserv as senior vice president, strategic partnerships. He comes from Merrill Lynch, where he was most recently director of the financial institutions group. He covered Fiserv in that role.
