DALLAS — TNB Card Services, the card processing arm of credit union-owned Town North Bank, has hired a former executive with MBNA, now a part of Bank of America, to help guide its growing agent issuing program. John McMenamin was most recently the director of sales and business development for SilverCloud Software. Previously he had been a senior manager of acquisitions for MBNA. "John has exceptional experience in the card industry and working with credit unions," said Scott Wagner, executive vice president with TNB. "He is a great addition to our organization, as we help credit unions who are looking for a card issuing partner that is credit union owned."
