MEDFORD, Ore. — Rogue Federal Credit Union awarded "Perfect Attendance" certificates to more than 250 Phoenix elementary students during a morning assembly.
Hoping to promote the importance of school attendance, RFCU makes a presentation of these certificates monthly. RFCU also conducts an annual presentation at the last assembly, where children with perfect year long attendance receive certificates and movie bucks for their efforts.
This year, two paid memberships to a boys and girls summer program will be awarded in a drawing for boys and girls with perfect attendance.

Because of RFCU's roots in Jackson County schools, the credit union embarked on a school/business partnership with Phoenix Elementary School in November of 1992. Since then, RFCU has offered staff assistance with field trips, teaching aids, computers and various other forms of support. RFCU has similar partnerships with Parkside Elementary School in Grants Pass and Stearns Elementary School in Klamath Falls.
