CHANTILLY, Va. — Web-based financial services provider Online Resources Corporation has unveiled dedicated software Internet banking capabilities that are fully integrated with the company's payment, marketing, customer care and other outsourced services.

Online Resources' clients now have three choices for deploying Internet banking with the new software: Advantage, in which the company's leading ASP service, where the software is outsourced and shared among clients, provides attractive pricing and state of the art technology; Command, where the dedicated software is customized to each client and hosted by Online Resources, providing flexibility without high fixed systems operations costs; and Architect, where the Company's dedicated software, operated by the client on its premises, offers control and cost advantages for clients with their own data centers.

The Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburgh has signed a multi-year deal to convert 13,000 customers to Online Resources' platform for dedicated Internet banking and a host of other services during the first half of 2007. The Dime is an over $3 billion in assets bank based in New York.
