BROOKFIELD, Wis. – Fiserv has acquired The Jerome Group, LLC, a leading provider of business-critical communications to industries such as financial services, health care, telecommunications services and retail.
Jerome, headquartered in St. Louis, will become part of the Personix division of Fiserv Output Solutions. Jerome's revenue in 2005 was $44 million. The firm's more than 300 employees will join Fiserv.
"Jerome's unique ability to mass produce personalized marketing and membership materials will enhance Fiserv existing client relationships. In addition, we will be able to offer complementary services to Jerome's client base which consists of both mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies across the country," said Jeff Yabuki, president and CEO of Fiserv.
