AUBURN HILLS, Mich. and SAN DIMAS, Calif.-A record 105,745 transactions were completed through the Financial Service Centers Cooperative, Inc. Custom Call Center Outlet during May. This is the highest total ever for an FSCC outlet, said Sarah Canepa Bang, CEO of FSCC. "Members want to be able to access their credit unions 24/7. This record usage reflects the popularity of being able to conduct financial business anytime." In addition to the record number of transactions, thousands of general information inquiries and applications were handled, according to Howard Hoemann, vice president of sales and marketing for Digital Dialogue, which manages the 24/7 Custom Call Center services. Credit unions using the Custom Call Center Outlet have total assets in excess of $31 billion and more than 2.8 million members. A recent addition is $1.5 billion First Tech Credit Union, based in Beaverton, Oregon.
