ORLANDO, Fla. – Lou Holtz, a retired NCAA football coach best known for turning around losing teams, told the attendees at the closing session of CUNA's Future Forum that they have the opportunity to be significant because they help people be successful.

One of the valuable lessons he's learned, Holtz said, is: "Titles come from above. Leaders come from below." The ones you are trying to lead are the ones that can make you a leader.
