LAKE FOREST, Calif. -PSB has recently announced that key account managers have earned their CUES Financial Suppliers designation. The 18-class curriculum required 16 core classes and two electives. Coursework titles ranged from Successful Advertising Practices to the Future of Credit Unions, giving students keen new insights into the credit union movement. Countless hours of independent study were required for the certification that culminated in a final exam administered by CUES Financial Suppliers University staff. "We're proud to be making this commitment to continuing credit union education and we think clients will appreciate our better understanding of their specific marketing needs," said PSB Financial Services President Mark DeBellis.
"Our people obviously took this training very seriously but they also had a lot of fun in the process as they competed internally here at PSB."
Almost everyone on PSB's account team completed the coursework, but not all fulfilled CUES' three-year requirement.

"We would obviously like to have everyone certified [and eventually will], but the important thing for us was the knowledge gained more than the designation. Understanding and knowing our credit union partners is one of the most important things we can offer them as we help them develop their marketing programs," said DeBellis.
