MADISON, Wis.- CUES has recently formed the Directors Advisory Panel to better serve volunteers of the credit union movement through collaborative content development.
The seven panel members selected from the CUES Directors Educational Forum include the following: Leo Blais-director, Coventry Credit Union; J. Alvin George, CCD-chairman/board, North Island Credit Union; Marty Goldman, CCD-chairman/board, Marine Federal Credit Union; Vernon Hutton, III-director/supervisory committee member, Navy Federal Credit Union; Shirley Jenkins-secretary/board, Municipal Credit Union; Jose Quinonez-advisory director, Government ECU of El Paso; and Stanley Rittenhouse-treasurer/CEO, Fairmont Federal Credit Union.
The group's initial meeting will take place during CUES Annual Convention: Marketing & Technology for Credit Union Directors, June 24-27, 2006, in San Francisco.

Their suggestions will help enhance and improve the board-specific offerings developed by CUES.
According to CUES, DEF is the only membership organization in the movement created for credit union directors.
