NEW YORK – Benefits cards look to be the next new thing in the card industry as American Express announced it has begun to offer a benefits card which employers can use to help them and their employees manage spending attached to health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts and other sorts of similar programs.
According to Visa USA, MasterCard and American Express, the new card accounts are becoming the cutting edge of the both the card human resource industries as employees grow to enjoy their ease of use and record keeping and employers begin to appreciate their ability to link, as American Express has done, their flexible spending card to more than one FSA or HSA account.
