ALEXANDRIA, La. – Barksdale Federal Credit Union has recently purchased the former Jackson Street Rapides Bank building. Members will continue to be served at the credit union's current location in the Rayford building until the new center is open and operational. "To help our members immediately, the first phase of the process will be to freshen up the drive-thru and install an ATM," said Barksdale FCU President/CEO Arno Easterly. The new full-service financial center will include drive-thru service, tellers, financial service representatives, a Home Lending consultant, drive-up ATM and Internet Caf.
