Due to incorrect information provided to Credit Union Times, a photo caption on page 56 of the April 19 issue, “Minnesota CU Network Names Award Recipients,” was incorrect. The man on the right was incorrectly identified as volunteer of the year winner Jim Seifert. His correct identification is Keith Malbrue, chief operating officer, Affinity Plus FCU and an Affinity Plus Foundation Board Member. Affinity Plus FCU was the recipient of the Simon Hellermann Award for Credit Union Philanthropy in 2006.
