FORT WORTH, Texas – Unity One Federal Credit Union has shown eight lucky Fossil Ridge High School students that it literally pays to go to school-consistently. Students were awarded $50 each for having perfect attendance. Every nine-weeks, students with perfect attendance have their names entered into a drawing for the cash prize and two winners from each grade from ninth through 12th are selected. "The contest is designed to encourage students to come to school everyday in order to better prepare themselves for their futures after high school, whether it may be at a college, technical school or joining the workforce. We plan to continue our partnership with Fossil Ridge and show our support for teens in the area," said Unity One FCU President/CEO Gary R. Williams.
